Pass It On
This is the chapter the fellowship is named for. Everything you have received — the lesson, the warning, the connection, the second chance — multiplies when you hand it to the next owner.
“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”2 Timothy 2:2
The Lesson
You are qualified earlier than you think
You do not need to be finished to be useful. The owner two steps behind you does not need a guru — they need someone who remembers what step two felt like.
Pass on the scars, not just the highlights
The most valuable thing you carry is what went wrong and what it taught you. Anyone can share a win. Sharing a failure costs more and helps more.
Generosity is a growth strategy
The owners who give the most away — time, introductions, hard-won knowledge — consistently end up with the strongest networks and the deepest benches. Passing it on is how the fellowship, and your business, endure.
Put It Into Practice
Do these three before the next chapter.
List three things you can pass on today — skills, lessons, or introductions.
Set up your mentor profile or answer one Bring Your Biggest Challenge question out loud at the next meeting.
Name one person a season behind you and make one useful introduction for them this month.
Bring It to the Table
Who helped you when you were starting — and who is waiting for you to do the same?
Learn It. Do It. Pass It On.
