People passing on what they've learned to others

The Passing It On Path

You Were Helped. Now Help.

Everything you've built — the skills, the scars, the contacts, the wisdom — becomes most valuable when you give it away. This is the whole reason the fellowship exists.

Your Passing It On Roadmap

Real problem → Real experience → Real help → Real action → Real result → Pass it on

Ready to walk with someone?

Your experience areas help us match you with the right member.

Share experience, not just opinion.

  • “This is what happened in my business…”
  • “This is what worked for us…”
  • “This is the mistake I made…”
  • “This is what I would do differently…”

Member experiences are personal stories, not professional advice. For finance, legal, tax, medical or regulated-industry decisions, talk with a qualified professional.

The Community Knowledge Loop

Someone has a problem↓They ask for help↓The community responds↓The member takes action↓They get a result↓The lesson is documented↓The next member finds it↓They improve it↓Pass it on

You do not have to be the biggest business in the room to help someone.

You only need to have walked a road that someone else is beginning.

Learn it↓Do it↓Live it↓Share it↓Help someone↓They pass it on

Five Ways to Pass It On

No titles required. Just willingness and what you've already learned.

  1. 1.Mentor one person

You don't need all the answers — you need to be a few steps ahead and willing. One conversation a month can change the direction of someone's business and life.

  2. 2.Share what you actually know

Construction, accounting, sales, financing, marketing, leadership, legal, real estate — the thing that feels ordinary to you is exactly what someone in the room is praying for.

  3. 3.Answer a challenge out loud

When someone brings their challenge to a meeting, speak up. Tell them what it cost you to learn it. Real stories beat theory every time.

  4. 4.Open your calendar and your contacts

A warm introduction is worth more than a hundred cold calls. Connect people who should know each other and watch God multiply it.

  5. 5.Give to keep the door open

Community stays free because people who've been blessed choose to bless. Your giving keeps the lights on and the door open for the next person.

"And the things you have heard me say... entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others."

2 Timothy 2:2

That's four generations in one verse — and it's our model. Blessed to be a blessing. When you pass it on, it doesn't stop with the person you help; it keeps going.
