Our Partnership Principles
- Help First
- No Pay-to-Rank
- No Control Over Mentor Matching
- No Control Over Member Recommendations
- No Pressure Selling
- Transparency
- Member Trust Comes First
Partners support the mission. They do not control recommendations, mentor matching, or member decisions.
Partners never receive member email lists, private member information, guaranteed leads or referrals, or priority placement in mentor matching or recommendations.
Partnership Is Separate From Mentorship
Being a sponsor or partner does not make someone a mentor. Anyone who wants to mentor must still complete the mentor application, training, standards, and approval process.
